Clubstore Opening Hours at the Famous Five Stand, Easter Road Stadium
Monday - Friday: 10.00am to 5.00pm
Saturday: 10.00am to 5.00pm
Sunday: 12pm to 5.00pm (16th & 23rd December Only)
For Match Days the following opening hours apply:
Evening Game: 10am up to Kick Off + 1/2 hour after Match
Saturday: 10.00am - 3.00pm + 1/2 Hour after Match

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or any country with alternative currency, place your order normally and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
For all debit or credit cards, it is now legal requirement for online shopping & to prevent fraud to supply your 3 digit security code. These numbers are the last three digits and can be found on or around the signature strip of your card.
SWITCH/ MAESTRO
For Switch/ Maestro users you will be required to supply your issue number. For RBIS switch users please enter three zeros 000 as your issue number.
Please note that all orders within the UK will be sent 2nd Class recorded delivery.
We will occasionally be required to contact you if your parcel is too heavy and this may incur an additional postage charge.
We aim to process your order as soon as possible.
We will normally dispatch your order within 7 business days (UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION)
If you are Pre-Ordering a product then you will be charged as soon as you order. This and any other product on your order will then be dispatched on the given date.
International orders are generally dispatched in under 14 days, however this can take around 21 days.
We cannot guarantee delivery within 7 days due to Royal Mail terms and conditions.
Please note,delivery may take upto 21 days after dispatch,unfortunately this is outwith the control of Hibernian Clubstore.
We will occasionally be required to contact you if your parcel is too heavy and this may incur an additional postage charge.You will be contacted either via e-mail or by telephone is this problem occurs.
We aim to deliver your order right away.
We will normally dispatch UK orders within 7 business days.If any item is out of stock then your order will be placed in pending,you will not normally be contacted unless there is a long term delay. Please feel free to e-mail us at any time regarding your order.

Cancellation/Returns Policy
We have the right to cancel any order for any product if you fail our validation or security checks. If payment has been taken you will receive a full refund and an e-mail confirmation confirming such refund to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form.
You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product (other than personalised products and audio/video recordings which you may have unsealed or magazines) purchased through the online store and will receive a full refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 28 (twenty-eight) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay the appropriate postage costs. If a full refund is applicable or the exchange has been caused by an error on our part then we will refund the postage you have paid on receipt of the returned product. PLEASE NOTE - Printed Shirts cannot be excahnged or refunded. Please ensure you have the correct size before ordering.

Please wrap products securely, fix the returns labels safely to the parcel and attach appropriate postage. Please remember to include your original receipt and include the reason given for returning any items and any further requirements. Should you have any queries regarding a return, please contact us by e-mail shopcounter@hibernianfc.co.uk and we will endeavour to reply to you within 72 hours (Monday to Friday). We want you to feel confident when shopping through our online store, if you have any issues, or are unhappy with your purchase, we will ensure we resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
Pending orders.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.We do not normally contact you unless there will be a long delay.If we do contact you it will be either via e-mail,telephone or letter. If you have ordered more than one item we will send the remaining items (if they are available).
All items on our website are only available while stocks last.
Credit Card Security.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Hibernian FC do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Please note that refunds will only be given within 28 days of purchase when returned with the original till reciept.
